Please submit your report to our contact point in German or English. Reports in other languages cannot be processed.
Your report must include the following:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Type and description of the content
- Explanation of why you consider the content in question to be a violation
- Location of the content (URL address) and additional information for content identification (location on the website, specific content, etc.)
- Any evidence (screenshots, etc.) supporting the claim.
- A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations made in the report are accurate and complete.
Please ensure that your report contains all necessary information, as processing can only occur if this is the case. Upon receipt of your report, you will receive a confirmation to your provided email address.
We will review all reported complaints within seven (7) business days carefully and objectively. In the event there is evidence of illegal content, we will remove that content immediately. You will be informed promptly of the decision we have made and of any automated decision-making tools used, as well as any legal remedies to which you are entitled.
Please only submit serious and well-founded reports. If the reporting function is abused, no further processing of submitted reports will be possible.
